What we collect, why, and what we will never do with it. In plain words.
What we keep
- Your phone number or email — to send you the sign-in code and to know it is you. That is the only reason.
- Your name and area, if you give them. Shown on your posts.
- Your profile photo, if you upload one.
- What you post — text, photos, clips, replies, confirmations, saved posts, place statuses. Public posts are public.
- Moderation records — if a post is removed, we keep what it was, who removed it and why.
- A sign-in cookie on your phone or computer so you do not have to enter a code every time. It lasts 90 days. No other cookies, no tracking pixels.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or share your phone number or email with anyone. Not with advertisers, not with anyone.
- We do not track you across other websites or build a profile of you.
- We do not show you ads based on who you are. Everyone sees the same rotation.
- We do not read your WhatsApp. The code goes out through WhatsApp's business service; nothing comes back to us except that it was delivered.
Who can see what
Your name, area, photo, posts and replies are public — anyone with the link can see them. Your phone number and email are never shown to anyone, including other members.
Where it is stored
On Cloudflare's servers in the United States. CitiVybes is operated by OMNIJURE Communications Corporation, a United States company. Moderators in Karachi can see posts and the moderation queue; they cannot see phone numbers or emails.
Your choices
- Delete any of your posts yourself, from your profile page.
- Change your name, area or photo any time, from your profile.
- Log out from any device from your profile page.
- Close your account: write to us through the contact page from the number or email on the account. Your posts are removed from view and your number and email are deleted within 30 days. Moderation records are kept.
Children
The site is for people aged 13 and over. If you believe someone under 13 has an account, tell us and we will remove it.
Illegal content
Photos or video that exploit children are removed on sight, the account is closed, and the material is reported to the authorities as the law requires. This is not a moderation judgement; it is automatic.
Changes
If this page changes in any way that matters, we will say so on the site. The date below is the last change.
